Tasting Notes:
Citric, dry and mineral aroma. Excellent acidity and salinity due to its proximity to the Serra de São Mamede.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pair well with grilled fish, seafood, salad with flavoured cheese and white meat.
