Clear and bright colour. On the palate the mineral character is notorious, combined with white fruit and fresh apples.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 8/10ºC. Keep the bottles laid down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
A perfect wine with oysters, mussels, scallops or other seafood. Perfect for starters too.
