Tasting Notes:
Wine with citrus golden colour, elegant aromas of some complexity, with predominance of stone fruit and slight notes of wood where it fermented. Elegant mouth, well integrated with the acidity, to provide a nice finish and with some persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
