Tasting Notes:
It displays a well rounded nose reminiscent of plums and violets. Mouth filling initially, it stretches out with a very clean, long finish. Fine powdery tannins and black fruit trail on through the end. An elegantly style wine with great persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
