Winemaking:
Destemming from the stalk, prolonged pellicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28º. Ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels and more than 3 months in bottle.

Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Jaen

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet-red colour. Aromas of berries and rich wood, as well as fresh aromas of pine and some citric notes. Elegant, well structured and harmonious flavour.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with red meat dishes, baked lasagne, tapas, as well as traditional Mediterranean courses and cheeses.
