Winemaking:
Manual harvest for small 18kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation lasted about 20 days with gentle maceration. Transfer to used French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation took place. 9 months in barrels and a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Soft ruby colour, aroma of red fruits, such as raspberries and wild strawberries. In the mouth it is very round and fresh, with notes of sweet spices and a long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
