Carrocel is a wine made only in years when the fruit reaches high quality. Prepared from 100% Touriga Nacional, fermentation mill, where wine grapes run of the mill and the mill in temperature "Refresh" fermentation gives a fresh wine, balanced and lush, where the grape shows its full potential.

Tasting Notes:
Sweet aromatic red and black fruits nose with some chocolatey richness. Pure and focused with nice definition. The palate has some oak evident but is also beautifully structured with bright acidity. Real potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
