Long fermentation with gentle maceration, in order to extract the maximum potential from these magnificent grape varieties. After the malolactic fermentation, this wine aged for 9 months in French Allier oak barrels.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro,Jaen
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby, with very narrow halo. Black fruit, like forest fruit, combined with citrusy and crushed rocks, all well rounded by the vanilla and toasted aroma from the oak. Full bodied, but with ripe tannins. Vibrant acidity combined with a high fruit concentration, showing a great future ahead. Very long and mineral finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with game, roasted red meat.
