Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour. Aroma of raspberries, cherries and hints of watermelon with a slight hint of wood. Slight mineral and vegetal flavours with a long aftertaste, giving it a good gastronomic aptitude.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
