Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes, in the early hours of August 25, 2023. Careful sorting on a vibrating belt, with slight crushing of the berries during destemming. Vinification in open-top tanks after static cold clarification. Fermentation took place in used 500 L French oak barrels for 23 days at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aged for six months in 500 L French oak barrels.
