Product details

Winemaking:
Made exclusively from the Castelão grape variety from Quinta de Catralvos and from a plot with clay soil. The grapes are harvested early in order to preserve all their freshness and guarantee a light colour. The grapes went straight into the press and this wine is the result of the must flowing without pressing and at very low pressures. Fermented in stainless steel at a temperature of 14ºC for 3 weeks, followed by ageing on the fine lees for 6 months.
