Tasting Notes:
Complex aroma, with citrus notes, mineral character, something oral in perfect association with the slight notes of barrel, giving it great aromatic complexity. In the mouth it is very fresh, alive, excellent acidity, good volume, and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
