Manual harvest for small perforated boxes. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing, cold maceration and clarification of the must. Fermentation was made in stainless steel vats to keep the primary aromas of the grape varieties alive, followed by a short stage in fine lees.

Sauvignon Blanc,Alvarinho
Tasting Notes:
At the end we have a greenish white wine with an intense citrus aroma, some tropical and mineral notes, in the mouth it has good acidity, youth and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good to accompany fatty fish and seafood dishes, also a great partner for some cheeses mainly drier goat cheeses.
