Winemaking:
Winemaking is based on the traditional method of producing Port wine, which includes stopping fermentation by adding brandy and aging in oak barrels for an extended period. Only the best vintages are selected to age in French oak barrels for a minimum of seven years. Golden White Vintage Ports are stored in wood until they are ready for sale.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled, between 12 and 13ºC, in an appropriate glass.

Food Pairing:
It pairs well with all types of desserts, especially those made with eggs and dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).
