Fermentation and crushing of grapes, entry into granite wine press, foot treading. Fermentation is interrupted with the addition of brandy. Aging in old oak barrels with a capacity of between 550 and 600 liters.

Tasting Notes:
Brick-colored Tawny Port with hints of red and yellow. Very intense nose of dried fruits such as figs, walnuts, toasted almonds. Caramel. Intense on the palate, with great volume and not too much sweetness. Fresh and very elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled.
Food Pairing:
Always refreshing on its own without accompaniment. As an aperitif with toasted and salted almonds. Accompanying caramel desserts, convent sweets and walnut and/or almond cakes.
