Crushing of the grapes, entry into granite lagar (wine press), foot treading. Stopping of fermentation with the addition of brandy. Aging in old oak barrels with a capacity between 550 and 600 liters for 20 years.

Tasting Notes:
Light ruby-coloured Tawny Port with hints of brick and yellow. Very intense nose of dried fruits such as figs, walnuts, toasted almonds. Caramel. On the palate it is intense, full-bodied, with a sweetness that is not excessive. Fresh and very elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy it alone, without accompaniment, always chilled. As an aperitif with toasted and salted almonds. Pairs well with caramel desserts, traditional convent sweets, and walnut and/or almond cakes.
