The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to stone presses where manual treading was carried out for optimal extraction of colour, tannins and aromatic compounds. At the end of the harvest, the wine was transferred to 600L casks where it aged until the perfect bottling time was decided.

Tasting Notes:
Deep brown colour with brick-coloured rim. On the nose it is harmonious and complex, with notes of molasses and caramel subtly mixed with aromas of raisins and black plum. The palate brings concentration and density, with allusions to ripe black fruits and nuts, balanced by a lively acidity. The aftertaste is seductive and delicate.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle in a dark and cool place, with constant temperature, preferably between 12ºC and 15ºC. Once opened, store for 4 to 5 weeks.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to serve as an aperitif or dessert. Ideal to accompany iced Zabaglione with raspberries, pistachios and crunchy panettone.
