Tasting Notes:
Dark red in color. Enveloping aroma with intense notes of ripe plums and blackberries with a slight hint of spices. On the palate, silky smoothness combined with round tannins provides an elegant structure. Subtle hints of chocolate give the wine additional sophistication.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
