Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet colour. Aroma of black, very fresh berries, complemented by more complex aromas of spices and mint. flavour rich concentrated black fruit. Firm structure, with fine tannins and a refreshing acidity present. Medium to long finish of remarkable elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either simple red meats or well seasoned white meats of either traditional or modern cuisine.
