Winemaking:
Vinified using the traditional method and aged for over 30 months.

Grape Varieties:
Alvarinho,Arinto,Loureiro

Tasting Notes:
A creamy sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles. Rounded and creamy on the palate. Complex and with excellent final volume.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.

Food Pairing:
Especially recommend to accompany starters, caviar, and fatty fish.
