Product details
Total stemming for 1 old carving. Fermentation occurred spontaneously in contact with the masses and lasted around 15 days during which the blanket was slightly submerged in order to control the extraction. This wine was removed from above without passing through the masses, during the month of March, and placed in a container that was always full. The tasting and traffic jam followed. The wine was not subjected to any filtration and stabilization process.
Grape Varieties:
Moreto
Tasting Notes:
Open ruby colour, typical of low extraction. Closed aroma, typical of Moreto, with restrained fruit and dry vegetables. Light entry in the mouth, but with a silky tannin finish, also typical of the variety. The characteristic notes of this prolonged stage appear with ups and downs throughout the test. A wine that stands out for its elegance where acidity balances this warm grape variety from the Amareleja region.
