Manual harvest. In the cellar, they pass through the sorting table where a rigorous selection is made, with entry into the fermentation vats by gravity. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Aged for 36 months in French oak barrels.

Great aromatic freshness with menthol and balsamic notes, chocolate, peat, black and pink pepper, pine needles and an exotic touch reminiscent of cardamom. The chocolate transitions to the mouth, very elegant and silky, luxurious tannins and plenty of grip. Great natural freshness. Long, fine, very pure.

Serve at 16ºC.
