Winemaking:
The grapes were destemmed and fermented with complete maceration in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 25ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Staging during 9 months in new French oak barrels and about 4 months in bottle.

Garnet colour. Good aromatic intensity from the black fruits, English cake and chocolate. Soft flavour with an acid from the bonbon of cherry, full tannins with light toast and very unctuous at the end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-17ºC. This wine can be consumed immediately after bottling or it can be stored for at least 10 years.

Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany red meats cooked in the oven, game or traditional desserts.
