Tasting Notes:
Deeply complex in a bouquet of aromas, with notes of dried flowers, black tea, cedar and smoke. Intense structure, with lots of black fruit extract, firm and balanced tannins, with a creamy aftertaste, very well supported by the fresh and balanced acidity. Impressive aftertaste with lots of fruit. A mythical approach to the character and aromas of the Alentejo lands.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
