Manual harvest. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 21ºC and 25ºC. Stainless steel fermentation with whole berry and 20% of the stems. 30-day maceration. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrel. Aging for 12 months in a 5000L French oak barrel.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour with violet hints. Very aromatic, with herbaceous and balsamic notes. Rich and complex palate with a very elegant acidity. Aromas of red fruits, spices and balsamic notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 15-18°C.
