Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet,Cabernet Sauvignon,Merlot
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of jelly, jam, blackberry and cherry, with some floral nuances reminiscent of roses. Very soft wood notes, a long and persistent finish denoting a good integration in the wood and remembering the aromas that were noticed in the nose. Excellent storage potential and evolution in bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 14°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Red Meat, Traditional Sausages, Cheese with a strong aroma and flavour.

Contains sulphites.
