Winemaking:
The top section of the Boa Vista vineyard called Outeiro has consistently produced wines of great character and depth from the 2 varieties planted there, producing a true sense of “terroir” The natural, small tank, cofermentation takes 5 days. Fermentation is finished in new American oak barrels with bâtonnage followed by malolactic fermentation and 22 months maturation.

Tasting Notes:
Dense red-ruby, purple meniscus. Aroma Great intensity with red and black fruit with notes of spices and mocha. Palate Notes of red and black fruit, good acidity, structure and great complexity. Abundant tannins, fine grained, with creamy palate from barrel fermentation. A steel fist in a velvet glove.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
