Tasting Notes:
Soft red wine, with an intense red colour and violet reflections. Slightly vanilla-tinged, the aromas and flavour are very fruity, reminiscent of red fruit jam. It has a long and very smooth finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Meat dishes from traditional Portuguese cuisine, poultry (duck) and game.
