Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (28ºC). Maceration of the grapes 22 days after fermentation. Aged for at least 12 months in French Allier oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense nose with ripe red fruits, spices and chocolate. Mouth with excellent structure, strong and firm tannins. Red fruit combined with oak.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at 16°C.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes perfectly with red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
