Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour, small and persistent bubbles. Delicate nose with a hint of orange blossom. In the mouth, complex with great structure and notes of yeast, biscuit and brioche.
Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend serving at between 6 and 7º.
Food Pairing:
An excellent accompaniment to pasta and grilled fish, but it also goes well on its own!
