Winemaking:
Hand Harvested. Total Destemming. Maceration before fermentation of 8h to 12h. Pressed under vacuum, fermentation under controlled temperature (15º to 18º) in stainless steel vats. Ageing in stainless steel vat ''sur lies''.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Touriga Nacional,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Pale pink colour. Aroma of fresh, Tropical Fruits and Red Berries. Intense and fresh in the palate with nice minerality.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 8ºC, to drink at 10ºC.
