Winemaking:
The clusters were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery. All grapes were destemmed and slightly pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Aging took place in stainless steel vats with fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant, fresh and fruity wine, it's kept unoaked to show all the grape varieties characteristics. Red berries and strawberry notes. On the mouth as great acidity and volume.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10°C to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
By the glass, appetizers, seafood and grilled fish, vegan dishes, salads, pizzas and pastas.
