Hand harvested from yield reduced vineyards. Fermented in steel tanks at 29°C. Matured in used French oak barrels during 12 month.

Tasting Notes:
This pure fruit driven wine comes with dark red colour with violet hints. The bouquet offers intense aromas of black fruits, violet flowers and notes of almonds. It is softly textured with fine tannins, good and focused density, charming, sweet and creamy extract, pure fruit and a good acidity. A very complete basic red for an easy drinking pleasure.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 13 – 15°C.

Goes well with tapas, all kind of meat and pastas.
