Manual harvest in small 20kg boxes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, in traditional stone presses, with foot treading for 6 days. Aging: 9 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Notes of black fruit and earth, very present lagar with a floral touch. Flavors: Very fresh, fantastic acidity, soft and present tannins. Tenacious but very light! Flavour of earth and ripe black fruit. Quite balanced.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 14ºC/15ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with fresh summer dishes such as cod salad, as well as some cheeses.
