Product details
The grapes were refrigerated, destemmed, partially crushed and then transported by gravity to the wooden vats, where alcoholic fermentation took place. The malolactic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank, then the wine was moved to 225L barrels where it aged for 12 months.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta da Barca
Tasting Notes:
Bright ruby colour with aromas of cocoa, menthol and black plum. Very fresh in the mouth, fine tannins, well-placed acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16 - 18°C. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with roasted or stewed red meats, game dishes and semi-cured cheeses.
