Winemaking:
Partial destemming followed by crushing. Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation in 10,000-liter tanks with temperature control systems between 26º C and 28º C.

Tasting Notes:
Aromatically very rich with floral notes and very evident red fruit. Round tannins, marked acidity, pleasant floral sensation. Long, elegant finish with the typical freshness of Dão.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º C.
Food Pairing:
Try it with rice and sausages, oven-baked ribs, rice with octopus and octopus fillets, game sausages, cheese fondue. Conventual sweets.
