The harvests were carried out between the end of September and the beginning of October, according to the grape maturation, after harvest, the vinification process was carried out in stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Manual harvesting of centuries-old vines. Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and ends in new French oak barrels where it ages for 6 months until bottling.

Encruzado,Malvasia Fina,Bical,Fernão Pires
Tasting Notes:
Citrus color, open. Discreet, fresh aroma, with some dried fruit. Medium body, dry and with good freshness, a wine with greater presence in the mouth and plenty of persistence, slightly creamy and a light mineral sensation.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle must be kept horizontally, in a cool, dry environment and protected from light. To be consumed over many years.
Food Pairing:
Very versatile wine at the table, fresh as an aperitif or to accompany fish and white meat dishes, without much fat or weight, grilled or in the oven.
