Winemaking:
Pneumatic pressing of destemmed grapes. Cold settled for 48 hours and fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.

Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Bical,Encruzado

Tasting Notes:
citrus colour with bright reflections, clean scent, soft mouth and good acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
