This is our first production from our vines in Povoa das Quartas, in Mr. António's vineyard. We carefully manage the few grapes, pressing them directly. Static decantation lasts 24 to 36 hours. The must is then transferred to a used 225 L French oak barrel. Fermentation takes place in the barrel and then matures on total lees. Despite the high acidity and low pH, malolactic fermentation proceeds naturally.

Tasting Notes:
Bright straw yellow. Notes of apple, light white pepper, and herbal notes, complemented by soft toast. The palate has linear, high acidity. Acidity is the pillar of this wine. Good balance with a delicate body and moderate alcohol content. Long-lasting on the palate, it lingers.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is best served with grilled fish and seafood.
