Product details
The grapes were destemmed, crushed and placed in a tank where they underwent a light maceration for two weeks and the last third in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine aged on the lees, with weekly Batonnage, for 24 months.

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow color. Medium intensity, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, lime, peach, biscuit, light black pepper and long, medium intensity, lime, peach, light almond, biscuit, light white pepper and wet stone.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
