Product details
This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of our best grapes and the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. Harvesting is manual and done in small boxes. Vinification is carried out by pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures. Finishing this process, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for around 4 months, in the presence of fine lees. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the action of cold.
