The Alvarinho grape variety is at the peak of its ripeness, but without losing its freshness and acidity. A wine with enormous structure and a unique combination of flavours and freshness. Long and impressive finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of between 10º and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with oily fish (tuna, salmon, turbot), poultry, shellfish, sushi and sashimi.
