After reaching the point of ripeness, determined by rigorous controls in selected vineyards, the grapes were harvested and vinified with modern technology, without ever forgetting the knowledge and ancestral traditions of the Vinho Verde Region.

Due to its characteristics, it is a wine that goes well with well-seasoned fish dishes, as well as game and white meats.
