Pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Aging with lees for 8 months with periodic bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Floral, citric fruit very present along with a hint of dried fruit. On the palate shows a good acidity with a great freshness. Slight bitterness typical of the variety. Persistent and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep it in horizontal position away from direct light. Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies preferably grilled fish and seafood.
