Made according to traditional practices, the grapes, when they arrive at the winery, are carefully selected in a selection process. All the grapes and stems are carefully crushed by foot, with 15% of the total brandy, to homogenize the brandy with the must and allow for a slightly longer fermentation period. Foot treading occurs throughout the fermentation. Fortification occurs when the must is ready, by adding the remaining brandy.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of red fruits, with notes of jam and cassis. Notes of black spices, dark chocolate, plum and dried figs emerge in a deep and velvety Vintage Port. With ageing in the ocean, the wine's tannins softened and gained greater nuances of nuts and a deeper chocolate finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect companion for refined and intense flavors, or simply as a digestive with a cigar.
