The grapes were picked by hand into 20kg boxes. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes were placed in stainless steel vats with skin maceration for 5 days, also fermented for five days, with three daily delestages, remaining in maceration for another three days. This resulted in a wine with an excellent extract. The wine then aged in old French Oak Balseiros.

Tasting Notes:
Dense and opaque ruby. Very expressive on the nose with resinous and black fruit notes, also a little fruit compote and dark chocolate. In the mouth, the taste of ripe fruit is supported by a lively acidity and a powerful tannic structure, with a long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Decant and serve at 17º - 18º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with cheeses from Serra, Stilton, Gorgonzola and others fat cheeses. Ideal to accompany sweet desserts or with fruit jams.
