Partial de-stemming, fermentation at controlled temperature (24º-28º.C), when must reached the desired sweetness value, fermentation was interrupted by the add of brandy. Following a period of maturation in oak barrels, in the warehouses of Vila Nova de Gaia. After approval was then bottled between the second and third year.

Tasting Notes:
A vintage port of great concentration and extreme elegance. With very ripe black fruits in its aromatic bouquet and with early sweet notes, perfectly harmonized by fresh aromas that envelop its entire core. It is an elegant and very good wine with fabulous tasting notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at cellar temperature (15/17°). Decantation is recommended to separate the sediment. This cellar wine will mature over the years and develop a complex variety of aromas. You can also enjoy it when young to taste the intensity of its fruit. It is best drunk 4 to 40 years after bottling. Drink within 48 hours after opening.
Food Pairing:
Particularly enjoyable with a dessert, with dark chocolate or cheese. Also on its own at the end of a meal.
