Adamanteia, as its namesake presents itself as a soft but unforgettable beer. A witbier with a slightly smoked aroma obtained from the wheat smoked in oak. The aroma is very sweet and citrusy and reveals the use of orange and ginger as aromatic elements. After you taste it the coriander and ginger notes are more prominent giving way for a slightly smoked aftertaste. It’s a beer with clear colours in a light yellow range and slightly cloudy with a good carbonation and medium head retention.

Storage:
Store in a fresh and dry place away from direct light. Best served at a temperature between 4ºC and 7ºC in Pint cup.
Perfect Serve:
Taking into consideration the citrus notes and the softer character, Adamanteia is a beer that pairs exceptionally well with sea food dishes. It also works great with salads (salmon, shrimp, etc.) or pastas as well as lighter snacks.
