Tasting Notes:
Wheat malt is the main ingredient of Bavaria Weiss, fermented at high temperature and unfiltered, with a light body, smooth and refreshing, with little bitterness and good acidity.
Storage:
Store in a fresh and dry place away from direct light. Best served at a temperature between 5ºC-8ºC.
Perfect Serve:
As this is a very versatile beer, it can be paired with light dishes, starters, fresh vegetables, fish and fresh cheese.
