Cooling of grapes to a low temperature, skin maceration and fermentation for eight days at various temperatures.

Tasting Notes:
Red color, nose with a mix of fruits reflecting the two varieties with a light floral aroma. When tasted, it has great volume, balanced by freshness and fine tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
